Thank you for thinking of Hilltop Subaru to support your organization. Every year, we receive hundreds of requests for donations; to assist organizations please review the following guidelines to ensure your organization is eligible to apply for a donation from Hilltop Subaru.
As a member of the community, Hilltop Subaru is pleased to provide charitable support to not-for-profit organizations whenever possible and available. Unfortunately, Hilltop Subaru cannot support all requests for donations as our resources are limited.
Hilltop Subaru donates to support our local community. Our focus is to support smaller charities that do not receive any form of Government subsidy; we also support grass roots organizations in need, but not often recognized.
Charitable Donation Guidelines
- Corporations or corporate campaigns
- Religious or political organizations
- Discriminating organizations
- Local and regional campaigns and agencies affiliated with a national organization, which is already receiving a donation
- Professional and technical associations
- Trips, tours and other travel and entertainment expenses
- Direct mail solicitations
In addition, we use the criteria outlined below for decision-making.
- Registered charitable organizations which meet local needs and serve the people of Vernon, Coldstream or Silver Star.
- Registered charitable organizations which are lead, organized or actively supported by customers or employees of Hilltop Subaru.
Hilltop Subaru provides support to selected
organizations by either services or monetary donation.

Donated services can be raffled
or auctioned by the organization to generate funds.
2. Monetary donation to an organization is based on the Charitable Donations Budget as set up by Hilltop Subaru Charitable Donations Policy.
If your organization is eligible to make a Donation Request, we invite you to request a Donation Request Form and submit it to the Hilltop Subaru Marketing Director. Charity Donation Request Forms are available at our dealership.
Please submit your donation request 60 or more days in advance. Hilltop Subaru will contact approved organizations by telephone or email within 4 weeks of receiving the request.
